Apprenticeship

Company Purpose
“The Heart of Workmanship means the world to us. In fact, it's the point of our entire organization. We are on a mission to help unemployed young men bust down one of the biggest employment barriers there are: looking at work as a mundane task. Work is an opportunity. Work is an equalizer. Work is a training ground for our hearts. It's time to reclaim the workweek for good. We are teaching what it looks like to have a get to attitude, rather than a have to attitude."
Lawrence Sheffield, Founder
"I gained a true understanding of what workplace support meant from the guys to my left and right at the shop. That has followed me to a career of almost 3 years where I strive to not only show up to do my job but show up for those around me at any capacity they let me."
Paul Dobbs
"What I gained from Manufacture Good? I learned to steward what God has trusted me with. Manufacture Good affected me because I had to step into responsibility and grow as a person."
Ernest Anderson
"Manufacture Good helped me grow in many areas such as responsibility, leadership, communication, and more. I left a much more rounded person than when I got there."
Charlie Kay
"Anywhere can teach you skills, but Manufacture Good taught me that I am more important than my skills. Manufacture Good helped me regain my passion and changed how I look at work and life."
Glen Good
"Manufacture Good became much more than a job to me. It became a place where I could be comfortable to grow as a man."
